- ~Purpose and examples of: Preamble, Articles, Amendments
- ~Different powers of legislative, judicial, and executive branches. Study the table on page 66. (For example- Which branch has these powers? Tax and borrow money, Regulate commerce and trade, Control immigration and bankruptcy law, etc.) You should know all of the powers on page 66. Make flashcards: write the power on one side and branch on the other.
- ~How an amendment is proposed and ratified- know the numbers! (⅔ or ¾)
- ~Guiding principles of the Constitution and examples of where the principle can be found in the Constitution
- ~Know the court cases from the text, what each was about, and the decision of the Supreme Court.
